- The business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30–17:00.
- The minimum rate includes the minimum time specified in the price list. After the first 60 minutes, the time is calculated in 30-minute steps
- The minimum time of work is 60 minutes
- The rates do not include the cost of materials. The time for material acquisition is payable based on the hourly rate.
